Any individual may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, at any time, including during non-business hours, by mail, phone, or email. During business hours, reports may also be made in person.  Upon receiving an allegation of sex-based harassment, the Title IX Coordinator will promptly respond in accordance with board policies FFH and DIA.

Liberty-Eylau ISD’s Title IX administrators have attended Leasor Crass’s “New Title IX Regulations: Responding to Allegations of Sexual Harrassment.”  Materials from this training can be found here: New Title IX Regulations

All other staff receive training through EduHero.

Title IX Statement of Nondiscrimination:

The District prohibits discrimination, including harassment, against any student on the basis of sex.  Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of District policy and is prohibited.
